Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A. is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of tough, yet vulnerable characters. Linney was born into a theatre family, her father, Romulus Linney writing plays. Linney received her degree in 1986 from Brown University in 1986 and afterward attended the Arts Theatre School in Moscow as well as graduated at the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) located in New York City in 1990. She was in New York City when she began the beginning of her Broadway career. She was praised for both Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
